چکیده

With green technologies, the damages caused by agro-technological wastes to environment are eliminated. In our study, it was aimed both prevent harm of olive oil waste and produce lipase enzyme, which is an important biotechnological product.. E. faecium E68 obtained from milk dairy products used in production enzyme. developed medium containing 10% waste, pH6.5, at 37oC with 120 rpm agitation for 48 hours. The effect temperature, pH metal ion, surfactant NaCl also determined.
molecular weight partially purified extracellular enzyme estimated be around 19-20 kDa SDS-PAGE. optimum temperature 45°C, while exhibited appreciable thermostability retaining activity 55°C 48h. most active range 3-11 10. 1mM, Ca 2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+, Mg2+ K+ ions modulated but inhibited Hg2+, SDS Triton X-100. halophilic 25% salt increased activity.
 Olive may preferred substrate production.

Comparison of Lipase Production by Enterococcus faecium MTCC 5695 and Pediococcus acidilactici MTCC 11361 Using Fish Waste as Substrate: Optimization of Culture Conditions by Response Surface Methodology

A medium using fish waste as substrate was designed for production of lipase by Enterococcus faecium MTCC 5695 and Pediococcus acidilactici MTCC 11361. Medium components and culture conditions (fish waste protein hydrolysate (FWPH) concentration, fish waste oil (FWO) concentration, pH, temperature, and fermentation time) which affect lipase production were screened using factorial (5 factors ∗ ...

Olive Oil as Inductor of Microbial Lipase

Increasing interest in lipases has been observed at the end of the last century, due to their potential application, in (bio)degradation as well as in (bio)synthesis of glycerides. The advantages of the enzymatic hydrolysis over the chemical process consist of less energy requirements and higher quality of the obtained products. Beside this, lipases are also efficient in various reactions such ...

Rhamnolipid and surfactin production from olive oil mill waste as sole carbon source.

Olive mill waste (OMW) creates a major environmental problem due to the difficulty of further waste processing. In this work we present an approach to give OMW added value by using it for the production of biosurfactants. Two bacterial species, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis, were grown with OMW as the sole carbon source. Glycerol and waste frying oil were used as comparative carb...

Heterologous extracellular production of enterocin P from Enterococcus faecium P13 in the methylotrophic bacterium Methylobacterium extorquens.

Enterocin P (EntP), a strong antilisterial pediocin-like bacteriocin from Enterococcus faecium P13, was produced by Methylobacterium extorquens. For heterologous expression of EntP in the methylotrophic bacterium M. extorquens, a recombinant plasmid was constructed. The gene encoding the EntP structural gene (entP) was cloned into the plasmid vector pCM80, under control of the methanol dehydrog...

Optimized Production of Biodiesel from Waste Cooking Oil by Lipase Immobilized on Magnetic Nanoparticles

Biodiesel, a non-toxic and biodegradable fuel, has recently become a major source of renewable alternative fuels. Utilization of lipase as a biocatalyst to produce biodiesel has advantages over common alkaline catalysts such as mild reaction conditions, easy product separation, and use of waste cooking oil as raw material. In this study, Pseudomonas cepacia lipase immobilized onto magnetic nano...
